RUSH MOVE IN: I will need about 3-10 business days from reservation fee payment date to process a move in. Please take into account extra time for viewing, deciding, negotiating, reviewing and approval, documentation, preparing the unit (cleaning, paying bills, etc.), etc. The timeline will also depend on how fast both tenant and landlord can comply with the requirements.
