Gope Realty is a brand under independent Licensed Real Estate Broker Siyaara Gope (aka Dana Bulaon, her maiden name) based in the Philippines. She has been in the property industry since 2012.
About Us
Gope Realty is founded by Licensed Real Estate Broker, Siyaara Gope, who has been pre-selling, selling, renting, and managing properties since 2012.
She used to go by her maiden name, Dana Bulaon, when she started in the industry as a
multi-awarded international Sales Director
pre-selling luxury condominiums such as Trump Tower and Milano Residences by VersaceHome with Century Properties as well as a Yoo designed 5-star hotel residences in Boracay. She was also with American real estate agency, Remax. Her education includes a post-baccalaureate course in Real Estate Management from De La Salle University.
Gope Realty specializes in long-term condominium rentals and sales in Makati, BGC, and Mandaluyong. Most clients are based overseas which has inspired our Value Added Services which helps owners to manage their properties hands-free.
